Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can, however the price of the trip will be the same because no one else can reserve your seat. When booking a trip, please select that you will only be traveling one way so that the driver and other passengers do not have to wait for you unnecessarily.
A reservation confirmation email is sent immediately after payment, however the tickets are sent only when the trip is confirmed and bus details for the trip are added (usually not later than 24 hours before departure). This is because some of the important information about your trip (such as bus registration No.) is not available in advance.
Yes, especially for these 3 reasons. 1) Buying tickets in advance is cheaper. 2) If you wait too long, there might be no more seats available. 3) The earlier everyone books, the sooner the trip is confirmed. Moreover, by booking in advance, you do not risk anything, because if there are not enough bookings, you will get a full refund.
